SpaceVidcast: The Next Race for Space

I finally caught up with last week's episode of SpaceVidcast, which was all about the next race for space. I've had the chance to sit down with Ben and Cariann on a couple of occasions to talk about just this very topic, and it's clear we share many of the same views (though not all). There are some nice shoutouts to the Google Lunar X PRIZE in there (thanks guys!). Still bummed that I missed the live show, but at least this way I could watch with video (technical difficulties resulted in an audio-only show last week).

The one thing that makes SpaceVidcast unique is that it leaves no stone unturned. Or furniture unbroken. Or toes unstepped on. Or -- well, you get the idea. Believe it or not, that's a GOOD thing! A healthy exchange of ideas helps us all gain a broader understanding of space travel/exploration. I can't wait for Thursday!

I think SpaceVidcast is a great weekly LIVE show. Ben and Cariann are great host's who love to interact with their viewers. Where else can you get a good space show and chat at the same time with other enthusiasts?..No where! "SVC" is awesome!

Wow. Thanks guys!
You know, originally I didn't think the concept would work... especially after seeing NASA do it. But I like to think that Ben and I are a good team. And yes, we do try to see it from every angle.

And Mike... we may disagree sometimes, but you are a very engaging friend. Thank you.

the show is great. But what I'm really excited about is the explosion of debate in the comments section. Things are really taking a turn for web 2.0
