Implementing Disqus on The Launch Pad

Hey all. We're in the process of installing Disqus as the default commenting system on The Launch Pad. You may notice some bugs, and we'd really appreciate if you could help us identify them. In the meantime, this update should add a lot of cool new features. We hope you like it!
